The food we get to call “local” constantly energizes us. Anchored in the tradition and foundation of French cooking techniques, we create a modern, current menu, inspired by the seasons and the people who grow, catch and collect our provisions. Driven by our chef’s passions and whims, our offerings change enough to engage our long-time regulars, and are inventive enough to surprise the curious.
